& TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the following Terms of Service before you agree

to dog waste removal services from Pretty Pooped.

(These are the same Terms you'll agree to during the sign-up process.)

Terms of Service and Policy Guidelines

Pretty Pooped and its owners, employees, contractors, and technicians, guarantee the quality, reliability, and professionalism of our services. By accessing and using Pretty Pooped services, you, the Client/Customer, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Any participation in our services will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the outlined guidelines, please do not use our services. Terms are subject to change at any time, with Client notification.

Scheduling / Service Days

In order to best accommodate an efficient route and to maximize the number of clients we can serve, Pretty Pooped schedules all clean-ups in specific areas on the same day. Because our customer base is ever-evolving, and because we work around the weather--we reserve the right to change your service day to accommodate these needs. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a specific requested service day.

 

Account Changes

Client is responsible for notifying Pretty Pooped of any changes in the number of dogs, changes in frequency of service, and for any pause/cancellation requests. These requests can be made on your Client Portal (https://client.sweepandgo.com/login). In addition, client is responsible for providing at least a 48-hour notice prior to an appointment for Pretty Pooped to acknowledge and make the changes.

Pausing Your Subscription

If, for any reason, your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know at least 48 hours in advance of your next service. Clients can make this request through their Client Portal. Subscriptions may be paused for up to 3 months.

 

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. To prevent unnecessary charges, client must request cancellation at least 72 hours before any upcoming services. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days. Clients with no outstanding balances may reactivate their accounts at any time, however, they will be subject to Initial Cleanup fees upon reactivation of services.

 

Access to Property

By employing Pretty Pooped, you are granting Pretty Pooped professionals' access to designated yard or kennel areas of your property during the designated service date(s). As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard. Gates must be working properly, with unfrozen locks, and its path must be shoveled/cleared for easy ingress/egress. If our technician is not permitted on your property for any reason, or the gate to access your property is broken/frozen/locked, this occurrence will be noted and client will be charged full price of service (no refunds/credits will be given for access issues). Note: The technician will make an attempt via phone call and text message to gain access prior to leaving.

 

Technicians are not permitted, nor required, to enter a customer's home. Under no circumstances will this be allowed or required of any Pretty Pooped technician.

Cancellations Made By Us

If Pretty Pooped must cancel an appointment for any reason that is not the fault of the client, then the client will not be billed for that service.

 

Yard Challenges

Yards must be free of tall grass, leaves, and debris. These conditions can make it difficult to locate all of the waste during our visits. Missed waste, due to these challenges, will be addressed during your next visit, after the yard has been maintained. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed waste due to yard challenges.

Dogs

Pretty Pooped will work with dogs in the yard. We are dog friendly and enjoy getting to visit with our four-legged clients. Technicians will ensure gates are secured both during and after service. Please ensure your dog is friendly WITH STRANGERS. If not, we may ask that the dog(s) be taken inside. If the technician is not comfortable with the dog(s) in the yard and they are not able to be taken inside, then the service will be skipped.

Parking

When possible, Pretty Pooped will park on the street in front of the client's address-- not in the client's driveway, unless street parking is deemed unsafe, or the property is set far back from the road.

 

Billing Policy - Subscription Services

For subscription services, we bill on a biweekly cycle, for services that have already been completed (post-paid billing). Clients will keep a credit card on file and we will automatically charge your card according to the terms of your subscription. If a credit card is not on file, services will not be performed.

 

Billing Policy - Initial Cleans and One Time Cleans

For initial and one time cleans, Pretty Pooped will charge a deposit to your credit card ($48 for an "initial clean" and $60 for a "one time clean") before we schedule your service. The deposit will be applied to your total bill, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged after your service has been completed. If a credit card is not on file, services will not be performed.

 

Initial Cleanup Costs

An initial cleanup is defined as the first cleanup before a client starts their subscription (recurring) service. Initial cleanups are billed at $48 for the first 30 minutes (with a $48 minimum), plus an additional $24 for every 15-minute increment after that.

 

  • Note: Most POST WINTER cleanups take about 90 minutes, and most regularly maintained yards take 30-45 minutes.

  • If a client provides a written request (more than 48 hours before services), we will place a courtesy call before continuing services beyond 90 minutes.

 

One-Time Cleanup Costs

One-time cleanups are defined as cleanups that are not followed by a recurring, subscription service. One-time cleanups are popular for move outs/move ins, and before special events. One-time cleanups are billed at $60 for the first 30 minutes (with a $60 minimum), plus an additional $30 for every 15-minute increment after that.

 

  • Note: Most POST WINTER cleanups take about 90 minutes, and most regularly maintained yards take 30-45 minutes.

  • If a client provides a written request (more than 48 hours before services), we will place a courtesy call before continuing services beyond 90 minutes.

 

Failed Payments

If a payment is unsuccessful, service will be paused immediately. Client will have 15 days to resolve the issue to resume services. After 15 days, your account will be removed from our schedule, and a 1-time fee of $25 will be applied.

Unpaid invoices may be subject to collections if deemed necessary.

Photos

Pretty Pooped may at times take photos of dogs, your grass/rocks/yard, or of ourselves in yards for use in social media. Great care will be taken to ensure no identifying markers are present in the photos, as to respect client privacy. If you do not wish for your dog's photo to be taken for use in our social media, kindly let us know and we will ensure that your yard remains photo free.

 

Weather Policy

While we strive to provide service in most weather conditions, safety is always our priority. Severe weather may occasionally prevent us from completing your service, and includes: rain, thunderstorms, high wind, extreme temperatures, flooding, snow accumulation, and icy roads.

 

Missed Service Due to Weather

If Pretty Pooped must cancel a service due to the weather, the service will be rescheduled at our earliest convenience--typically 1 to 2 days before or after the scheduled service day. If we are unable to accommodate a reschedule, client will not be charged for that service.

 

Holiday and Service Interruptions

We observe the following holidays and adjust our schedule accordingly. If a scheduled scoop day falls on any of these holidays, your services may be moved by 1-3 days, unless otherwise noted:

  • Memorial Day

  • July 4th

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving / Black Friday

  • Christmas Eve / Christmas Day

  • New Years Day

Additionally, as a family-owned and operated business, there may be times throughout the year when the business closes for several days due to vacations or family events and emergencies. Every effort will be made to adjust schedules and to complete scheduled services during those time frames.

Waste Disposal

Our standard service includes double bagging the dog waste and disposing of it in our client's outdoor trash bins.

​

Sanitation

To ensure all dogs are safe, and to prevent the spread of germs and diseases, we clean all of our equipment and shoes with kennel-grade disinfectant after each clean.

 

Referral Credits

Refer us to your friends/family and as a thank you, you'll both receive a $25 credit* when they sign up for a monthly subscription. Note: *To receive credit, referral customer (friend) must list your full name under the "Referral" section of our sign-up form, AND referring customer (you) must have an active subscription at the time of referral. $25 credit(s) will apply to recurring services, and cannot be applied to one time cleanups. Note: Offers may not be combined.

 

Liability

Customer will not hold Pretty Pooped, or its owners, employees, technicians, or contractors, liable for damages to yards, gates, locks, hoses, hose nozzles, pets or other properties.

 

Pricing Changes

Pricing is subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, active Clients will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes. If, at any time, a Client cancels services, they will be subject to current market pricing upon re-enrollment.

 

Terms & Conditions of Change

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is substantial, we will try to provide at least a day's notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a substantial change will be determined at our sole discretion.

 

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.

 

Initiating Service

By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
