Frequently Asked Questions
Pretty Pooped will clean any areas of your yard, including front, back, side, flower beds, dog runs, rock gardens, perimeters, etc. Please be aware, however, that this does not include wooded, or tall grassy areas, that may surround your yard.
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority of ours! To ensure all dogs are safe, and to prevent the spread of germs and diseases, we clean all of our equipment and shoes with kennel-grade disinfectant after each clean.
In addition, we take a photo of your closed gate after each service (where applicable), so you'll know your pets won't get loose.
Services start as low as $60 a month, and is based upon the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs.
Our service includes double bagging the waste and disposing of it in our customer's outdoor trash bins.
Our services are designed around dog waste, but we'll gladly include the removal of up to 5 piles of deer/geese poop during each visit. If you have extensive deer/geese poop problems, please reach out to us directly to see if we can provide a custom service plan that fits your needs.
Yes, we love dogs! We simply ask that 1) we've met your dog ahead of time, and that they've shown no signs of aggression, and 2) they're already outside with you when we arrive.
If your dog is aggressive, however, we require them to stay inside during your cleaning. This ensures a safe visit for everyone.
While we can't guarantee a specific cleanup day, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Please keep in mind, however, that service days may vary as we grow and expand our routes.
Because our routes are optimized on a daily basis, we cannot provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. We do, however, send a notification shortly before our arrival.
Winter servicing will be dependent upon employee availability, and the terrain of individual properties. With that being said, we are hoping to keep services running through winter, but will post more information as we get closer to fall.
